My detached house is available for short and long term renting for max 5 persons . It is located in the area Ilica in Cesme which is famous for its paper white beach with its crystal clear shallow water.
The beach is about 500 mtrs walk from the house. The house has a closed private garden with pool and a closed car parking for one car, more cars can be parked in front of the house. It has 3 terraces, one on the front, one on the side and one at the back.

At the entree of the house is the main toilet, which is also suitable for invalid people.
The salon with a loft has a separate modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooking area and refrigerator.
The front terrace is located next to the pool, the pool is freely accessible and 160 cm deep.

On the second floor the house has 3 sleeping rooms, a master sleeping room with a double bed and its own bathroom and balcony at the front. One room with a double bed and balcony at the back and one room with single bed. This last two rooms share one bathroom with toilet on the landing upstairs.
